Great car selling experience. Very knowledgeable and fair. Knows how to handle the sale of a car due to a family death. They made it hassle-free and knew exactly what to do. For anyone who has to be an executor of an estate, it was so nice to finally deal with someone who knew the law and regulations and handled the matter seamlessly without unnecessary burden or corporate bureaucracy. Such a relief! Very pleasant experience and now we will definitely consider purchasing a car there as well.

We had a great experience at Carolina Motors. Jerry went out of his way to find the right vehicle for us. He was extremely helpful throughout the process. Several months after our purchase, we had to get a minor repair. Lori and the mechanic were great in getting our repair and a loaner car in the process. Went it to sell my Tesla Model 3 and they matched CarMax offer even beat it. Friendliest people ever, from top to bottom. I would have purchased a car from them, but just bought one days before. I was selling my parents' car from another state, didn't have a lot of time, and wanted to handle the title transfer properly, and transfer funds at a bank. Jerry was super professional and made the process very convenient for me. He was able to quickly assess the condition of the car. His offer was on the high end of what another dealership was willing to pay and the KBB value, and not far off from what I was asking for from a private party sale. Jerry was very patient and accommodating with all of my preferences and precautions for the transaction. His and his office staff also took care about proper title transfer, POA, etc.
